Multi-Drug Distribution Organization
Dismantled in Long Island, New York

- (Long Island, NY) On November 23, 2010 members of the New York Drug Enforcement Administration’s Long Island District Office, Suffolk County Police Department’s Narcotics section arrested three members of a multi-drug trafficking organization.  Pursuant to this investigation, law enforcement officials executed 2 search warrants that were obtained through the United States Attorney’s Office Eastern District of New York which resulted in the seizure of 13 kilograms of cocaine, 10 bundles of heroin, more than 4 ounces of crystal methamphetamine, 40 dosages of MDMA, 10 milliliter bottle of PCP, approximately $312,000.000 in US Currency, two semi automatic handguns, three money counters, numerous empty kilogram packaging materials and three hydraulic presses (one of which contained a kilogram of cocaine). 

This investigation, conducted along with Suffolk County Police Department Narcotics section, began in September 2010.  According to the information gathered during this investigation, Peter Hardie oversaw a multi-drug distribution organization based in the Brentwood/Bayshore/Central Islip areas of Suffolk County New York.  Fritz Pierre-Louis and Shamel Thompson helped Hardie to manage the multiple stash houses and to distribute a large of amount of various illegal narcotics. Throughout the investigation and through hundreds of hours of surveillance, the investigation uncovered two locations that were used as stash locations for the illegal drug distribution ring.  Those locations were at 53 Commack Road, North Babylon and 245 Locust Drive, Bayshore.  Members of the DEA’s Long Island District Office and Suffolk County Police Department’s Narcotics section executed Federal search warrants at those two locations and arrested Fritz Pierre-Louis, 34, of 245 Locust Avenue, Bayshore, Peter Hardie, 32, of 50 Third Street, Brentwood and Shamel Thompson, 30, of 53 Commack Road, North Babylon.  All three defendants are being held for arraignment at the Eastern District Federal Court in Central Islip, NY.
