Collinsville, Illinois Man Sentenced for Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana
SEP 17 -- (EAST ST. LOUIS, IL) - A. Courtney Cox, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced that on September 15, 2008, Paul ROBLES-DORADO, age 24, of Collinsville, Illinois, was sentenced in United States District Court in East St. Louis, Illinois.
ROBLES-DORADO, who had previously pled guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with Conspiracy to Possess and Distribute 100 Kilograms or More of Marijuana, was sentenced to 31 months imprisonment, 3 years’ supervised release, and was fined $500.
The investigation was conducted by the Drug Enforcement Administration under the auspices of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Robert L. Garrison.
