Collinsville Man Sentenced for Role in Cocaine Conspiracy

JUL 12 -- (EAST ST. LOUIS, IL) - A. Courtney Cox, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced today that RANDALL INDERMARK , age 48, of Collinsville, Illinois, was sentenced in United States District Court in East St. Louis, Illinois. INDERMARK was sentenced to 24 months’ imprisonment, 3 years supervised release, a $600 fine and a $400 special assessment fee.

INDERMARK had previously pled guilty on April, 2010, to a federal indictment charging him with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute cocaine and three counts of distribution of cocaine.

The investigation was conducted under the auspices of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF), an initiative designed to target and dismantle major national and international drug trafficking organizations. Evidence for this conviction was gathered in an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Fairmont City Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Ranley R. Killian.
