NOTE: KARAM-FARAH has been a DEA fugitive since April 10, 2001. Considered armed and dangerous. KARAM-FARAH is involved in money laundering, drug trafficking and narcotics smuggling activities. KARAM-FARAH serves as an intermediary for a smuggling organization responsible of distributing multi-kilogram loads of cocaine from Colombia. KARAM-FARAH is the primary money broker for a Colombian narcotics trafficking organization based out of the Colombian regions of Barranquilla, Santa Marta, Rio Hacha and La Guajira
