NOTE:

DIAZ-Rivera has been a DEA fugitive since October 15, 2002. Exercise caution-considered armed and dangerous. DIAZ-Rivera was charged with possession with the intent to distribute multi-kilogram quantities of narcotic controlled substances, that is, in excess of one kilogram of heroin; in excess of five kilograms of cocaine; and in excess of fifty grams of cocaine base, in violation of Title 21 USC 841 and 846.
