NOTE:

RIVAS-Beltre has been a DEA fugitive since July 08, 2003. Exercise caution-considered armed and dangerous. RIVAS-Beltre is a member of a violent narcotics smuggling organization based in Juncos, Puerto Rico. RIVAS-Beltre has transported kilogram amounts of cocaine and heroin from different Caribbean Islands to P.R. RIVAS-Beltre was previously detained by USCS for failure to declare $42, 773 at the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, San Juan, P.R.
