The EAP Headquarters component provides administrative, programmatic and technical direction to Health and Human Services Group, the DEA-EAP Contractor, for the delivery of Employee Assistance Program services to DEA employees and immediate family members.

The EAP is staffed by mental health professionals (Area Clinicians) who are not DEA employees, but are under a contract with Health & Human Services Group (HHSG) to implement program services for their assigned DEA Division. To obtain program services, including referrals to resources in a specific geographic area, Employees and family members may contact their Divisional Area Clinicians, the EAP Helpline, or the EAP Headquarters staff; whichever is most comfortable and/or convenient.

Employees assigned overseas, on leave, or on temporary duty assignments (TDY) should contact the EAP Headquarters staff or the EAP Helpline for consultation and referral for services.
