Meriden Man Sentenced to Five Years in Federal Prison
for Dealing Crack Cocaine

JUL 01 -- Kevin L. Lane, Acting Special Agent in Charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration's New England Field Division and Nora R. Dannehy, Acting United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that MIGUEL ACEVEDO, 25, of Union Street, Meriden, was sentenced today by Senior United States District Judge Peter C. Dorsey in New Haven to 60 months of imprisonment, followed by 10 years of supervised release, for conspiring to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base (“crack cocaine”).
