Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Deputy Pleads Guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine Base

NOV 10 -- NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - KEVIN WHITTINGTON, age 44 , a resident of Springfield, Louisiana and a Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Deputy, pled guilty today in federal court before U. S.
