friendly page] Gardner Man Sentenced to 168 Months For Drug Conspiracy JUL 24 -- BOSTON, MA - A Gardner man was sentenced today in federal court for possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 7 kilograms of cocaine. Evidence presented during trial proved that on November 11, 2006, AGRON, along with two co-conspirators, delivered 7 kilograms of cocaine to an undercover federal agent at the Super 8 Motel in Leominster, MA. Following that delivery, AGRON was arrested in the parking lot of the motel with a loaded 9-millimeter handgun in his waistband. AGRON has been held in custody since his arrest in November 2006. He faces deportation following service of his jail sentence. The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration’s High Intensity Drug Task Force in Worcester with assistance from the Massachusetts State Police and the Fitchburg, Leominster and Gardner Police Departments.
