PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

OCT 14 -- (Grand Junction) - Today federal authorities seized patient records from the medical practice of Dr. Sam Jahani and/or Dr. Eric Anthony Peper.  Federal agents seized the records from Grand Junction and Montrose Urgent Care facilities, as well as Dr. Jahani’s office in Delta, Colorado.  Should a patient of Dr. Jahani or Dr. Peper need a copy of their medical file, they must have a medical practitioner call 720-895-4269.  It is important to note that the records will only be provided to a medical practitioner.  Also, the medical practitioner will need to provide a HIPAA release when requesting the medical records.
