Carlos and Arturo Flores are brothers of George Flores, who is the lead defendant in the RICO indictment (and who is in custody). Carlos and Arturo Flores helped their brother run the largest drug operation in Hawaiian Gardens.

Fernando Lopez Jimenez is also known as Arnulfo Vasquez Barajas, who is the lead defendant in one of the narcotics indictments unsealed today. Barajas/Jimenez is a accused of being a major drug dealer who supplied the Hawaiian Gardens gang with narcotics.
