DEA Agents located 1,000 grams of crack cocaine underneath the sink, and also located 1,250 grams of crack cocaine in a drain pipe next to the sink. The total amount of crack cocaine found was approximately 2,250 grams.

In the event of a conviction, the maximum potential penalties are life imprisonment, a $4,000,000 fine, and supervised release for a period of 5 years. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel P.
