Upcoming Career Fairs - Orientations - Contact Information

Thank you for your interest in a career with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).  The DEA is truly a worldwide agency with Special Agents assigned to twenty-one domestic Field Divisions and seventy-eight foreign offices.  The DEA is an international leader in the dismantling and prosecution of the world's most notorious drug trafficking organizations.

The El Paso Field Division is seeking qualified men and women to join the DEA’s tradition of excellence in federal drug law enforcement.  To determine if you may qualify to become a DEA Special Agent, take the on-line Eligibility Quiz.

DEA is currently accepting applications for Special Agent positions.  If you are interested in applying for a Special Agent position, please go to www.avuecentral.com/vacancy.html?ref=PNHRK to apply. If you have any questions regarding your application, please call 1-800-407-0147.

Upon approval of application, applicants will be contacted by Special Agent/Recruiter Tina Hinojos to schedule a Special Agent orientation. The dress attire for orientations is business casual.  A valid driver’s license is mandatory for attendance.  All attendees should bring a notepad and pen to take notes and document required information.  The orientations will be approximately one and a half hours in length.  Questions regarding the application process and Special Agent positions will be answered, to include pay, assignments, training etc.  All applicants are required to attend an orientation in order to complete the application process.

***DEA is an equal opportunity employer***
