The DEA is tentatively scheduled to begin accepting applications for Special Agent positions on February 1, 2010. Applicants must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States and must sign a "Mobility Agreement" to that affect. The vacancy announcement and detailed information will be posted on this website and on USAjobs.gov. Applications will be accepted on-line only. The Recruitment Coordinator will not be sending out applications. You do not have to attend an orientation at this time. You will be contacted for the written examination and an orientation if you are accepted as a candidate for the Special Agent position.
