NOV 03 --   PHOENIX – Elizabeth W. Kempshall, Special Agent in Charge of the DEA’s Phoenix Field Division joined Dennis Burke, U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona, to announce the sentencing of Aaron Quintero-Soto, 41, of Sinaloa, Mexico, to 262 months in federal prison to be followed by 25 years of supervised release.  Quintero-Soto was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Earl H.
