West Frankfort Man Sentenced on Marijuana Offense

JUL 01 -- E. St. Louis, IL - A. Courtney Cox, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Illinois, announced today that on June 26, 2008, Adolph B. PAULSON, age 34, of West Frankfort, Illinois, was sentenced in United States District Court in East St. Louis, Illinois. PAULSON, who had previously pled guilty to a one-count indictment charging him with conspiracy to distribute 1,000 or more kilograms of marihuana, was sentenced to 174 months imprisonment, 5 years supervised release, and was fined $300.
