Mark - Although you may have planned on joining the BoD meeting for the Financing Plans discussion towards the end of
the meeting, pis. plan on joining the BoD meeting today at 3 pm in the Board Room. I have talked to Ken, and we
would like you and Ben to candidly comment on debt and equity investor reactions to the announcement this morning.
FYI, Ben will comment of the very negative response of the debt investors and the impact on credit spreads. (Andy will
join the meeting later in the session.)
