Steven C. Lang
Program Director
Steven Lang was named Program Director, Office of Legal Access Programs, at the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) in July 2011. He received a bachelor of arts degree in 1990 from the University of Texas at Austin, and a juris doctorate in 1993 from the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Lang previously served as Coordinator, EOIR Legal Orientation and Pro Bono Program from April 2000 to July 2011. From June 1997 to February 2000, he served as attorney-coordinator for ProBAR (the ABA South Texas Pro Bono Asylum Representation Project) in Harlingen, Texas. From May 1994 to June 1997, Mr. Lang was in private immigration practice in Houston, Texas. He is a member of the Texas Bar.
