Visitor Information
The Baltimore Immigration Court is located at the corner of Lombard and Hopkins in the George H. Fallon Federal Building at 31 Hopkins Plaza, Suite 440. For Directions to the Court, please click here.
Effective October 26th 2009, the Immigration Court window will be open to the public from 7:45a.m. to 4:00p.m. The court does not have a drop box for after hours filing.
To contact the Court, call (410) 962-3092. For information after hours regarding application deadlines or hearing dates and times, call the Immigration Court's automated system at (800) 898-7180.
The Department of Homeland Security is also located in the Fallon Federal Building. Application fees are paid on the 1st floor and documents for the DHS Trial Attorneys can be filed on the 7th floor.
Entering the Fallon Federal Building
All persons entering the Fallon Federal Building are required to pass through
a magnetometer, present a photo I.D, and wear a visitor's badge while in the
building. The Immigration Court is located on the 4th floor.
