Courtroom Etiquette
Respondents, no longer detained, and visitors appearing before the court must present a photo identification (drivers license is acceptable) to enter the detention facility. No one under the age of eighteen (18) is allowed in the detention center. Family members wishing to appear in court are limited to three. At NO time are any electronic recording devices permitted in Immigration Court space. Courtroom etiquette must be observed. Proper business attire must be worn at all times. No hats or caps will be allowed. Food, drinks, chewing gum or other consumables will not be allowed in court.
