About the Court
The Immigration Court intake/filing window shall be open to receive documents 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time (MST) through 3:30 PM MST each business day. NO DOCUMENTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 3:30 PM.
Attorneys and accredited representatives are reminded that the Eloy Immigration Court is conducted on Mountain Standard Time without time change, and is located within a correctional institution with substantial security protocols.
Parties are advised to contact the Corrections Corporation of America (Eloy Detention Center) at (520) 466-4141 regarding the Warden’s Admission polices.
NOTICE TO ALL PERSONS SENDING DOCUMENTS TO THE U.S. IMMIGRATION COURT LOCATED AT ELOY, ARIZONA:
The U.S. Immigration Court, Eloy, Arizona is physically located inside the secure perimeter of the Eloy Detention Center, a private institution operated by Corrections Corporation of America.
All documents that are sent to the U.S. Immigration Court at 1705 East Hanna Road, Suite 366, Eloy, Arizona 85131, using any service other than personal delivery to the Court’s window, must first be processed through the Eloy Detention Center.
Items brought by overnight carriers, delivery services, and mail are delivered to the institution warehouse and screened for security reasons. Most delivery services arrive at the institution in the afternoon on any given day and the following business day, a CCA employee will deliver all items received to the respective recipients, i.e. EOIR, DHS, etc.
ALLOWANCE SHOULD BE MADE FOR AT LEAST ONE DAY DELAY FOR TIME SENSITIVE COURT FILINGS.
