Court Operating Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
The Imperial Immigration Court has the primary responsibility for the hearing of non-detained cases within the Court's operating area of responsibility, as well as for the hearing of cases at Calipatria State Prison and Centinela State Prison. Respondents, attorneys, and members of the general public are requested to dress appropriately for appearing at or attending Court sessions. The main entrance is located in the center of the back of the building, and ample parking is available. Entrance through a metal detector is required for all visitors to the Court.
