Q. Where do I pay my bond?
A. Bonds can be posted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at:

Thursday: Room B 18 of the same building.

ALL BONDS MUST BE PAID IN CASH, IN FULL. FILE NUMBER (ALIEN NUMBER) MUST BE PRESENTED WHEN BOND IS PAID.

Q. When will I be leaving the facility if I am removed/deported back to my country?
A. If the country is Mexico, you will be removed/deported the next day;
If the country is Central America, you will be removed/deported between two and four weeks;
For most of the other countries, removal/deportation will be effected within two weeks of the receipt of travel documents from that country.

Q. I would like an attorney, but I do not have any money.
A. The Court maintains a List of Free Legal Service Providers, which are provided to each detainee upon service of the hearing notice and it is also provided to them at the master calendar hearing. They can request to have their cases reset to allow them time to contact any of the attorneys on this list.

Q. I would like to apply for relief, but I do not have the money to pay for the filing fee.
A. If the detainee is representing himself/herself, and he/she is currently detained at the facility, he/she may ask for a fee waiver from the Immigration Judge. It is a form that is available at the court when applying for any relief which has a filing fee.
