Visitor Information
The Newark Immigration Court is located at 970 Broad Street, Room 1135. For your convenience, we have also provided a link to a free mapping service.
The Immigration Court is open for business Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Court accepts documents (filed in accordance with the Local Rules) in person during the hours of operation or by mail.

There is an U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Cash Office located on the 3rd floor of this building, Room 306. The USCIS Cash Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM - 3:00PM. The USCIS Cash Office accepts cash, checks or money orders.
For your convenience, public restrooms are located on the 1st and 10th floors. There is also a cafeteria located on the 2nd floor.
Entering the Building
All persons entering the Building must pass through a metal detector. All packages, briefcases, etc. will be x-rayed. No cameras or video equipment is allowed in the building. The building is a smoke-free facility.
