The Philadelphia Immigration Court is located at the intersection of Callowhill and 16th Streets in Suite 400, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For Directions to the Court, please click here.
The Immigration Court is open to receive documents for filing from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each business day. The Court accepts documents ( filed in accordance with the Immigration Court Practice Manual) in person during the hours of operation or by mail.

There is an U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Cash Office located on the 1st floor of
this building. The USCIS Cash Office accepts cash, checks or money orders.
Entering the Building
The Building Lobby has a magnetometer and all visitors
will be checked before visiting the Court. For your safety, please follow
the directives of all Court Security Personnel. Federal regulations prohibit the
use of any recording devices in the hearing. Cameras are also
prohibited.
