Lobby Entrance:

All visitors must present a valid identification card, or driver’s license to the lobby attendant of the building. Those visitors who do not have a valid identification should be accompanied with their attorney or someone with a valid identification. All visitors are required to sign-in with the lobby attendant.

Court visitors and attorneys must not remain in the lobby area or near the entrance doors of the building, as it is a violation of the building policy. If you must meet your client(s) prior to the scheduled court hearing, please designate an alternate location near the court to meet your client should you require it.

Attorneys and employees of persons doing business with the court may expedite entrance into the building, by requesting a HINES building pass. You may obtain a request form at the 8th floor reception window. Upon verification of the filled out form, the Court Administrator will sign it, and refer you to the building office for issuance. A replacement fee of $5.00 will be paid to the HINES building staff if your pass is lost or stolen.

All visitors to the Court must go undergo a security screening through a metal detector machine as well as a handbag screening each time they visit the Court.
