Directions

Following are directions to the Downstate Immigration Court - Fishkill, New York. For your convenience, we have also provided a link to a free mapping service.

Directions from the North:

South on NYS Thruway (I-87) to exit 17 east (I-84). I-84 east over the Hamilton Fish (Newburgh-Beacon) Bridge to exit 11 (immediately after toll booth). Turn left onto Route 9D north. Proceed about 1 ½ miles, turn right onto Red Schoolhouse Road (Dutchess County Route 36). Facility is about ½ mile on the right.

Directions from the West:

Take I-84 east as above.

Directions from the East:

I-84 west to exit 12. Turn left off exit ramp onto Route 52, and proceed about 1 ½ miles. Turn right onto Red Schoolhouse Road (Dutchess County Route 36). Facility is about 3/4 mile on the left.

Directions from the South:

1) Take NYS Thruway north to exit 17 east (I-84). Take I-84 as in "from north" above.

2) Take I-684 or Taconic State Parkway north to I-84 west. Take I-84 as in "from east" above.
