Filing Fees/Bond Payment
Filing Fees and payments for bonds are accepted by the Department of Homeland Security only at the Federal Building in Downtown, Los Angeles. Their address is: 300 North Los Angeles Street, Room 1001, Los Angeles, CA 90012. . All filing fees must be paid prior to filing with the court if it requires a fee payment. All bonds must be paid in cash, in full. File number must be presented when bond is paid. Bond payment is accepted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in Room 7621 (7th floor) on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and room B-18 on Thursday.
