Advisements
1. If DHS believes it is pertinent to consider an
alien’s criminal record, it shall file and serve on Respondent
within 60 days, a copy of the alien’s criminal record, including:
(a) incident date,
(b) conviction date,
(c) name of the court, and
(d) sentence actually imposed for each incident.
2. If DHS believes there are bars to eligibility,
it shall notify the court within 60 days of the legal and factual
basis for the bar to relief.
3. Respondent must documentary support for material
facts which are central to his or her claim and easily subject to
verification.
