The respondent has knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily waived his right to a bond redetermination hearing. The respondent has requested to be removed from the United States as soon as possible in lieu of having a custody redetermination hearing. The respondent's request for a change in custody status is accordingly denied and he will be set for a removal hearing as soon as possible.
