  1. PURPOSE.   To issue a new chapter on Time and Attendance Reporting to be added to the Human Resources Order, DOJ 1200.1. This change does not contain major Departmental policy changes; it does reflect the change to the National Finance Center as the Department's Payroll Office, which took place after the previous order on this topic was issued.


  2. SCOPE.   Unless otherwise provided here or in the applicable laws and regulations, the policies contained in this change apply to ALL employees of the Department. Any exception to Department policy in this change must be approved by the Assistant Attorney General for Administration. Where authorized, bureaus may have issued supplemental policies on the topics in this change.


  3. CANCELLATION.   The order listed in the left column of the table below is canceled. It is replaced by the chapter listed in the right column.
