MEMORANDUM FOR BUREAU HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS

The Attorney General recently approved the attached delegation of authority to Heads of Department Components to waive the normal annual limitation on total basic and premium pay under Title 5, United States Code ' 5547, and apply an alternative annual limit of up to $212,100 in the case of an employee who performs work overseas in calendar year 2007.
