Procurement Services Staff

Justice Management Division...Serving Justice - Securing Results

The Procurement Services Staff (PSS) is a component of the Justice Management Division (JMD) and consists of approximately 33 Contract Specialists, Purchasing Agents and support personnel. PSS provides acquisition support primarily to the Department's litigating components (Antitrust Division, Civil Division, Civil Rights Division, Criminal Division, Environment and Natural Resources Division, Tax Division and U.S. Attorneys) as well as other DOJ components such as the U.S. Trustees and JMD Staffs. PSS, on occasion, provides support on a Department-wide basis. Annual expenditures under contracts and task/delivery orders for which PSS is responsible total approximately $1 billion.

About PSS provides a more detailed description of how we are organized, what we buy, how much we buy, a description of our field office delegation program, and our relationship with the other DOJ bureaus.

For the vendor community, the Business Opportunities page contains specific information about current and future acquisitions to include subcontracting opportunities.

For Government personnel, the Multi-Agency Contracts page contains the list of contracts managed by PSS that are available for use by other DOJ components and other Federal agencies.

Visit the Chief Acquisition Officer website for Department-wide acquisition information.
