13, 2009 - United States Marshal Federico L. Rocha of the
Northern District of California announces the arrest of Juan Morales Jauregui. On May 7,
2009 Juaregui, age 38, was arrested in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico on a federal
arrest warrant for violation of 18 U.S.C 1073 (Flight to avoid prosecution).
Jauregui was transported to a prison in Mexico City where he will undergo
extradition proceedings to the United States.

Rocha announces that David Sanchez, one of two brothers wanted by
the Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Office for Assault with a Deadly Weapon,
was arrested Tuesday evening outside an IN-N-OUT restaurant at
Fisherman’s wharf in San Francisco. David Sanchez and his
brother Leo are suspects in an assault involving an assault riffle.
Leo Sanchez remains at large.
