  • September 15, 2009 - The United States Marshals Service has arrested a 28-year-old Laurel, Del. man in Florida who was wanted on multiple counts of rape and kidnapping. Daniel E. Schultz, 28 previously of Laurel, Del. was wanted by the Delaware State Police for multiple counts of rape, kidnapping, weapons charge and other related charges.
  • June 30, 2009 - A child who was abducted by his father was rescued by U.S. Marshals, Delaware State Police and Mount Laurel, NJ police. This kidnapping triggered an amber alert for much of Saturday. Zion Duprey, 5 was found at the Westin Hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ early Tuesday morning. Zion Duprey was abducted by his father, Angel Duprey, on Saturday, June 27 from his home in Lincoln, Delaware.
  • May 29, 2009 - The United States Marshals have arrested a female subject who was wanted for a homicide in Chester, PA. Danya A. Johnson, 34 of Wilmington was wanted for a homicide that occurred on January 2, 2009 at approximately 3:30 pm.
  • May 6, 2009 - With information developed by the U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force, a fugitive wanted by the Wilmington Police Department was arrested at a residence in Brooklyn, N.Y. by members of the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force. Allen J. Taylor, 36 years of age, had been wanted for first degree murder, possession of a firearm during a felony, and illegal possession of a firearm by a person prohibited. These charges stemmed from a slaying that occurred on August 18, 2008 in Wilmington, Delaware.
  • January 08, 2009 - The United States Marshals Service has arrested a Wilmington man wanted for a murder that occurred in the City of Wilmington during December. Wilmington Police were investigating a homicide of a man that occurred on December 10, 2008. The investigation revealed Morris J. Hudson, 27, was wanted for the homicide.
  • January 14, 2008 - The U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force arrested Kenneth Henderson Miller, 49 years old, at approximately 8:00am on January 14, 2008. Miller was wanted for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Breaking and Entering, and Robbery. The charges all stemmed from a September 21, 2007 home invasion robbery that Miller allegedly committed in Newport News, Virginia.
  • January 03, 2008 - The United States Marshal Service for the District of Delaware announced the arrest of 236 fugitives by the First State Fugitive Task Force for the year 2007.  Of the 236 arrests made by the task force this year, 16 were for homicide, 8 for rape, 13 for robbery, 6 for kidnapping, 76 for weapons charges and 27 for failing to register as a sex offender.
