United States Marshal Charles E. Beach, Sr.

President George W. Bush appointed Charles E. Beach, Sr. as U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Iowa on August 1, 2002.  Marshal Beach was born in Washington, D.C. and served with the United States Army in Vietnam. Marshal Beach is a graduate of American University in Washington, D.C. and served 25 years as a Special Agent of the U.S. Secret Service prior to his appointment as U.S. Marshal.
