This cargo having been attached by me and now being held in my possession by virtue of a writ of attachment issued out of the District Court of the United States for the District of Maine.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person removing or attempting to remove said cargo without my written permission, or in any way interfering with said cargo or my duly authorized Deputy or Keeper in-charge thereof, WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE EXTENT OF THE LAW.
