April 22, 2013 - Patrick Sedoti, U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio, announced today that Jimmie Allen Jr. and Leroy Keith have been arrested by the Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team in Dayton, OH. Allen was wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for Rape of a Child under 13 and Gross Sexual Imposition of a Minor. Keith was wanted by the Dayton Police Department for Rape of a Child under 13.  Read More
