Turn left on to Assembly St/SC-48 S. Richland Street is the second street that crosses Assembly. Turn right off of Assembly onto Richland and the Courthouse is a block and a half down on your right.

From I-26 Westbound: Exit US-21 N making a slight right turn onto US-1/Meeting St. Continue to follow US-1 North. Turn left on Assembly St/SC-48 N; Follow Assembly Street to Richland Street. Turn left onto Richland and the Courthouse is a block and a half down on your right.

From Clemson: Take Clemson Blvd. Into Anderson. (Note: Clemson Blvd. Will turn into Main Street once in the Anderson City Limit). Turn left on to Greenville Street, go one block and turn right onto McDuffie Street, the courthouse is located on the left, two blocks past Whitner Street.

From Greenville: Take I-85 South to exit 27 (Hwy 81). Turn left at top of ramp. Take Hwy 81 into Anderson, turning left onto McDuffie Street. The courthouse is located on the left, two blocks past Whitner Street.

From Hwy 29: Continue on Hwy 29 which turns into River Street/US 76. Stay on River Street/US 76 until you get to McDuffie Street. Turn right onto McDuffie Street. The courthouse is located two blocks down on the right.

Take US Hwy 17 South to US Hwy 21 South. Turn right onto US Hwy 21 South/Hwy SC-281/Ribaut Road. Turn left onto North Street, then a slight right onto Bay Street. The courthouse will be on the left side.

From the South (Savannah):
Take US Hwy 17 North/GA-25 Alt. North to US Hwy17 Alt. North. US Hwy 17 Alt. North becomes US Hwy 17 North. Turn right onto Hwy SC-170. Turn left onto Hwy SC-170 North/Okatie Hwy. Turn slight right onto US Hwy 21/Boundary Street, then another right onto US Hwy 21/Hwy SC-281/Ribaut Road. Turn left onto North Street, then a slight right onto Bay Street. The courthouse will be on the left side.

From the East (Columbia):
Take I-26 East to I-95 South. Take I-95 South to exit number 169A toward Savannah. Merge onto US Hwy 17 North via exit number 33 toward Charleston/Beaufort. Turn slight right onto US Hwy 21/Hwy SC-281/Ribaut Road. Turn left onto North Street, then a slight right onto Bay Street. The courthouse will be on the left side.

From the North: Take US Hwy 17 South over the Cooper River via the Silas Pearman Bridge. Follow the signs that say Meeting Street South/downtown. You will wind around to your left, stay in the left lane, and turn left onto Meeting Street. After crossing Broad Street, the courthouse is the second building on the right. There is a fountain in the front.

From the West: Take I-26 East into Charleston. Take the Meeting Street exit on the left. Turn right onto Meeting Street. After crossing Broad Street, the courthouse is the second building on the right. There is a fountain in the front.

From the South: Take US Hwy 17 North. Take the Lockwood Drive/Visitors’ Center exit. Stay right, taking the Lockwood Drive-South ramp, merging onto Lockwood Drive/Lockwood Blvd. Lockwood Drive/Lockwood Blvd becomes Broad Street; continue on Broad Street. Turn right onto Meeting Street. The courthouse is the second building on the right. There is a fountain in the front.

From Sumter: Take I-95 N toward Florence to exit 160A (I-20 Spur E). Turn left at the 5th stop light (this is W. Evans Street). Follow W. Evans Street for about 3 miles. The courthouse will be on the left, at the corner of W. Evans and McQueen Streets.

From Darlington/Hartsville: Take US-52 into Florence (Lucas Street). Follow US-52 as it turns onto Irby Street. Turn right on Evans Street. The courthouse is two blocks on the right (corner of W. Evans and McQueen).

From Lake City/Kingstree: Take US-52 into Florence (Irby Street). Turn left on Evans Street. The courthouse is two blocks on the right (corner of W. Evans and McQueen).

From Myrtle Beach: Take US-501 North to US-576 W. Follow US-576 W as it becomes US-76 W. Take US-76 W into Florence. Turn right on McQueen Street. The courthouse will be two blocks on the left (corner of W. Evans and McQueen Street).

From Dillon: Take I-95 S toward Florence to exit 160A (I-20 Spur E. Turn left at the 5th stop light (this is W. Evans Street). Follow W. Evans Street for about 3 miles. The courthouse will be on the left, at the corner of W. Evans and McQueen Streets.

From Interstate 85 North: Take I-385 N, exit number 51, toward Downtown Greenville. Travel 6.5 miles then turn left on N Church St. Travel three (3) blocks then turn right onto E. Washington. The courthouse will be on the right.

From Highway 123: Turn right onto Washington Street. Travel five (5) blocks and the courthouse will be on the right.

From Wade Hampton Blvd: Turn left onto Church Street. Travel eight (8) blocks and turn right onto Washington St. The courthouse is on the corner of Church St and Washington St.

From I-26 Westbound: Follow I-26 to I-20 and take I-20 toward Augusta. Continue on I-20; take exit number 22 at US-1 South. Follow US-1 South to Aiken; US-1 South becomes York Street. Continue until Park Avenue, turn right. The courthouse is located three blocks down on the left.
