Randy Mark Yager is wanted by the United
States Marshals Service Eastern District of Wisconsin for Racketeering;
including murder, firearms & explosives violations, arson, and narcotics
trafficking. These warrants were issued on June 2, 1997.
Yager is a member of the Outlaws Motorcycle
Club and was the regional president of the Wisconsin, Illinois and
Indiana area. Sixteen additional Outlaw members were named in this
indictment. Since then all 16 have either pled guilty or were found
guilty and are serving up to life in a federal prison.
Yager was last known to be in Las Vegas,
NV with Margaret Jelovcic, DOB: 03/27/67. Margie is described as being
5’03”, weighing approximately 140#, with red hair and green eyes. Margie
was a music major in college and had recently returned to Gary, IN to
help her mother with the family owned bar and restaurant when she met
Yager. Margie, by all accounts a good girl taking a walk on the wild
side, was obviously intrigued by Yager’s bad boy, biker image and the
two started dating. Shortly after she began dating Yager, Margie started
wearing a black leather vest with a patch proclaiming “Property of the
Outlaws” and has not been seen and heard from since the fall of 1997.
Her mother and sister have filed a missing person report, but their hope
dwindles with each passing month.
