| Homicide Suspect Captured in Delaware |

WILMINGTON, Del. – The United States
Marshals have arrested a female subject who was wanted for a homicide in
Chester, PA. Danya A. Johnson, 34 of 858 Bennett Street, Wilmington was
wanted for a homicide that occurred on January 2, 2009 at approximately 3:30
pm. The incident happened on the unit block of West 9th Street, Chester, PA.
The investigation revealed Johnson was residing at 858 Bennett Street, Wilmington. Members from the Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force surrounded the house around 10:30 am today. She was arrested without incident. In addition to the murder warrants in Pennsylvania, Johnson was wanted on several capiases in Delaware. Johnson is being held pending extradition to Pennsylvania. |
