Gregory Howard Ladner was previously convicted in Chicago for Manslaughter involving the death of his first child in Chicago, IL. Then in July 2005 he was found guilty by a jury trial in US Federal Court Philadelphia of for Falsification of a Federal Firearms purchase application and his attempt to purchase a handgun. Ladner was sentenced and order to self surrender to a federal prison in New Jersey on 10 February 2006. However Gregory Ladner had other plans he purchased an airlines ticket and traveled from New Jersey to Detroit, Mi and then continued to the Philippines on 7 February 2006. According to official records Ladner was confirmed as arriving in the Philippines. Additionally Ladner's wife is a Filipino national who is from Cebu Providence, Philippines. Ladner was working in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania as a painter and drywall hanger. Ladner should be considered dangerous.

On April 30, 2007, Elliot STAMPS kidnapped an elderly female from her south Jackson, Mississippi home.

He forced his victim to withdraw money from an ATM and then drove her to a wooded area near Crystal Springs, MS where he stabbed her numerous times and left her for dead. His victim managed to reach the road, where a passing motorist summoned help. This elderly victim endured numerous surgeries and remained in intensive care for several weeks. STAMPS has an extensive criminal record and was on
probation at the time of his horrific attack on a defenseless victim.

REWARD: A reward of up to $25,000 is offered for information leading directly to STAMP‘s arrest.
