The Department of Justice has completed its selections for the 2011 Attorney Student Loan Repayment Program (ASLRP). Attorneys who were selected have been notified and have confirmed acceptance. No further awards will be issued this year. Attorneys who were not personally contacted to confirm acceptance were not selected this year.

For 2011, there are a total of 163 attorneys approved to receive student loan repayment assistance through the ASRLP. Of those, 57 were selected this year, with the remaining 106 attorneys renewed for payments based on selection in a prior year.

The five member ASLRP Panel carefully reviewed all requests for consideration independently and scored each request based on the information the attorney submitted in each section of his or her Justification. OARM consolidates the scores and ranks tentative recipients from highest to lowest score. ASLRP funding is awarded based on that ranking until funding is exhausted.
