In FY 2000, there were 24 assessments significantly (months) late, 65 assessments several weeks late, 365 assessments days to weeks late, 119 assessments in local funding window, and 176 assessments within standard.

In FY 2001, there were 32 assessments significantly (months) late, 43 assessments several weeks late, 273 assessments days to weeks late, 131 assessments in local funding window, and 213 assessments within standard.

In FY 2002, there were 41 assessments significantly (months) late, 27 assessments several weeks late, 188 assessments days to weeks late, 74 assessments in local funding window, and 163 assessments within standard.

In FY 2003, there were 103 assessments significantly (months) late, 36 assessments several weeks late, 229 assessments days to weeks late, 51 assessments in local funding window, and 90 assessments within standard.
