DOJ Significant Guidance Documents

Components of the Department of Justice that have issued guidance which is "significant" have posted that guidance on their web sites. In addition, Justice components have also posted many guidance documents on their web pages that are useful and helpful to the public. Members of the public should refer to the web sites for individual Justice components to locate and review the guidance documents that the components have issued.

In addition, guidance has been issued on other DOJ web sites.
