The groundbreaking will take place at noon at a site on the southeast corner of Pickens and Pendleton streets. Media can park in the lot at the southeast corner of Pendleton and Pickens streets. The commencement ceremony will begin at 3:00 pm in Carolina Coliseum. The Attorney General will talk about fighting extremism, cynicism and defeatism. Media can enter the coliseum at the Park Street entrance and sit in the Z section on the ground level of the coliseum. TV crews will be available to unload camera equipment in the Park Street lot behind the coliseum.
