EDT. Following the meeting, the participants will hold a joint press conference at 1:15 P.M. EDT. European leaders will include Home Secretary of the United Kingdom Charles Clarke, Minister of Interior of Austria Liese Prokop, Minister of Justice of Austria Karin Gastinger, and Vice President of the European Commission Franco Frattini.
