Mobile County Man Sentenced To 70 Months For Possession Of A Firearm After Felony Conviction
The United States Attorney, Kenyen Brown, announces that Robert Mathieu, a 42 year old, Mobile, Alabama resident, was sentenced today to 70 months incarceration followed by three (3) years of supervised release for possessing a Cobra .380 caliber pistol after being convicted of felony Rape 1st Degree.
The Saraland Police Department along with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated the case and presented it to the U.S. Attorney's Office for prosecution. The prosecutor assigned to the case is Assistant United States Attorney, Gina S. Vann.
