IT IS ORDERED that hearings are scheduled before Magistrate Judge Velasco on June 17, 18 and 19, 2009 at 9:00 am, regarding the following matters: an in camera review of submission of evidence and testimony as set forth in this Court's Order [Dkt. 329] and Defendant Renzi's Motion to Dismiss [Doc. 87] and supporting Memorandum [Doc. 269].

Potential victims of the insurance charges have been identified through their participation in the Spirit Mountain Risk Retention Group. Paragraphs 64-67 of the Superseding Indictment describe the allegations in further detail.
